With showrooms in Winnipeg and Calgary, we help clients dress for some of the biggest moments in their lives. Weddings and graduations are at the core of our business, and we're looking for someone exceptional to help coordinate, grow and improve these programs.

The Role

For this new role, we are looking for a highly organized, motivated and sales-driven Wedding & Special Events Sales Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone who loves getting things done. You're the person who makes the list, follows up without being reminded and gets genuine satisfaction from moving something from outstanding to complete.

You will coordinate our wedding sales pipeline, oversee wedding shows and events, help keep wedding parties on track, build industry relationships and coordinate our current graduation program.

You won't do everything by yourself. You will be working closely with our showroom and marketing teams and delegate during busy periods, while remaining responsible for keeping the overall program organized, workflow on track, and making sure things get done.

Most importantly, this is a sales-focused role. You need to be confident picking up the phone, talking to recent people, following up with leads and asking for the appointment.

What You'll Do

- Manage and maintain wedding leads and sales pipelines across Canada, out of our Head Office.
- Proactively call and follow up with leads to maximize consultation bookings and conversions.
- Ensure consultations and undecided clients receive timely, consistent follow-up.
- Track converted, lost and inactive opportunities.
- Coordinate wedding parties throughout ordering and fittings, ensuring outstanding details are completed on time.




- Delegate appropriate follow-up and administrative tasks to showroom teams and ensure completion.
- Coordinate wedding shows alongside Sales and Marketing, from planning through execution, including staffing, booth presentation, sales tools, lead capture and post-show follow-up.
- Coordinate wedding events and develop referral relationships with local wedding professionals.
- Maintain wedding sales tools, fabrics, displays, lookbooks and consultation resources.
- Coordinate Eph's Winnipeg graduation program, including school outreach, promotions, events, lead management and sales follow-up.
- Track results and identify opportunities to improve wedding and graduation sales year over year.

Who We're Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you:

- Have previous sales experience and are confident making outbound calls.
- Are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Are proactive, autonomous and don't require constant direction.
- Love a to-do list (and enjoy getting it completed!)
- Can manage multiple projects, clients and deadlines at once.
- Are comfortable delegating while remaining accountable for the outcome.
- Follow through consistently and don't let opportunities fall through the cracks.
- Are motivated by measurable results and improving how things are done.
- Love making people happy, and being a part of their special occasions.
- Can independently mange your own time

Experience with CRM software, weddings/events, suiting, graduation programs or event coordination is an asset, but isn't required.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
