Span West is a Saskatchewan-based construction and development company with 40+ years of experience building condos throughout Western Canada. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, working with people, and seeing a project come together from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

- Manage projects from pre-construction through completion
- Keep schedules, budgets, and timelines on track
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and consultants
- Review drawings, contracts, quotes, and change orders
- Monitor costs, quality, safety, and project progress
- Work closely with site supervisors
- Identify challenges early and find practical solutions
- Coordinate project close-out and deficiencies

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working both on-site and in the office
- Valid driver's licence
