Customer Service Representative and Apprentices, In this role, you'll get to take full ownership over the complete customer experience and completion of necessary work. We will provide full training and continued support so you can confidently work on a customer's vehicle, including walking customers through the entire inspection service experience, completing scheduled maintenance, repair and completing the sale. Duties for this position include:

- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Determining how we can help
- Discussing products and services
- Providing recommendations based on vehicle assessments
- Working with a close knit team
- Oil and filter changes
- Replacement of vital car fluids (e.g. coolant, transmission, and drive line fluids)
- Replacement of parts under the hood (e.g. air, cabin and fuel filters, headlights, taillights, wiper blades, etc.)




- Refilling performance enhancers to ensure the car runs smoothly (fuel injection cleaning, spark plugs and coil packs)
- Performing courtesy checks on all vehicles (e.g. topping up fluid levels, cleaning windows and checking tire pressure)
- Servicing brakes
- servicing light mechanical
- tire install and balancing, flat repairs and TPMS.
