Job Summary

LiNK Massage Therapy & Wellness Hub is seeking a reliable, patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing interdisciplinary clinic in Ajax.

We have an established patient community with patients actively seeking in-house physiotherapy services. We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is skilled in hands-on treatment, thorough clinical assessment, individualized treatment planning and remedial exercise.

At LiNK, we do not believe in rushed or assembly-line care. Our practitioners take the time to listen, assess thoroughly and provide focused, one-on-one treatment based on each patient’s individual needs and goals.

This dependent contractor, part-time prospect offers one to two consistent days per week, with the potential to build a strong caseload within an established and continually growing clinic.

Responsibilities

- Complete thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled, hands-on physiotherapy treatment and manual therapy
- Prescribe and demonstrate appropriate therapeutic and rehabilitative exercises
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients about their condition, recovery, injury prevention and ongoing self-care
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical records using JaneApp
- Collaborate with our Registered Massage Therapists to support coordinated patient care
- Follow all professional, ethical, privacy, documentation, and Infection Prevention and Control requirements
- Contribute to a respectful, dependable and patient-centered clinic environment

Qualifications





- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Valid qualified liability insurance
- Solid assessment, clinical-reasoning and treatment-planning skills
- Demonstrated skill and confidence in hands-on treatment
- Knowledge of therapeutic and remedial exercise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Dependable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule
- Committed to providing individualized, one-on-one patient care
- Comfortable collaborating with other regulated healthcare professionals
- Experience in a private clinical setting is preferred
- Three or more years of clinical experience is an asset
- Daytime and evening availability is preferred
