Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cook and Dishwasher to join our dynamic food service team. Responsibilities

- Assist in food preparation and cooking, following established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Handle dishwashing duties efficiently, ensuring all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Support meal preparation by organizing ingredients and maintaining a tidy workstation.
- Help with food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including surfaces, floors, and storage spaces.




- Support the team during busy service times by managing dishwashing and assisting with basic food prep tasks.
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe setting for staff and guests.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in cooking and meal preparation is essential.
- Ability to operate dishwashers and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Strong understanding of serving standards and food presentation basics.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, food safety, and kitchen operations.
