About Us
We're proud of our reputation in the community, and we're investing seriously in our digital presence. This includes our online brand, our social media, our website, and how patients discover and interact with us online. We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to own that effort.
Position Summary
We're seeking a Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to independently own our digital marketing strategy and execution- SEO, social media across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, website management, and online inventory. This is a hands-on, ownership role for someone with real professional experience who can walk in, assess where we stand, and build a strategy that grows our brand image, our following, and our online visibility, not just post content on a schedule. We want someone who treats this like their own small business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Own the strategy, content creation, and day-to-day management of our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
- Build and execute a content calendar that strengthens our brand image and voice across platforms
- Grow and manage our online following through consistent, high-quality, platform-appropriate content
- Develop campaigns (organic and, where applicable, paid) tied to clear goals: follower growth, engagement, appointment bookings, promotions
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages professionally, and build an authentic online community
- Track and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion) and adjust strategy based on results
SEO
- Own on-page and local SEO strategy to improve the clinic's search visibility
- Conduct keyword research to guide website content, blog posts, and landing pages
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and report on progress and recommendations
- Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile,
local listings, and reviews strategy
Website Management
- Independently manage and update the clinic's website: content, new pages, promotions, imagery, and overall user experience
- Ensure the site is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for both usability and search performance
- Troubleshoot website issues directly or coordinate with a developer/platform support as needed
Online Inventory & E-Commerce
- Manage and maintain online inventory listings (frames, contacts, accessories), ensuring accuracy and appeal
- Coordinate with the optical/inventory team to keep online listings aligned with in-store stock
- Support and improve any online ordering or booking systems tied to our digital presence
Brand & Strategy
- Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels
- Bring strategic recommendations to management
- Prepare regular reports and insights for management on performance and ROI
- Manage marketing budget/spend where applicable, ensuring efficient use of resources
Qualifications
Required
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- [2–4+] years of professional marketing experience, with a strong focus on social media and digital marketing
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) and scheduling/analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
- Demonstrated success managing brand accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with measurable growth results
- Experience managing e-commerce or online inventory platforms
- Solid, applied knowledge of SEO: on-page optimization, keyword research, and performance tracking
- Experience managing or updating a business website (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar CMS)
- Strong writing and visual content skills: creating content that actually performs, not just looks nice
- Highly self-directed and comfortable owning a function independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable reading performance data and adjusting strategy accordingly
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, optical/eyecare, or another appointment-based service business
- Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
What We Offer

- A current resume highlighting relevant marketing experience and results
- A brief cover letter describing your approach to growing a brand's social presence
