Hargrave Street Market is looking for friendly, energetic Front Counter Servers to join our team for the upcoming busy season!

Working across our food and beverage concepts, Front Counter Servers play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest. From taking orders and preparing beverages to serving alcohol and keeping the front of house running smoothly, this is a fast-paced role where no two shifts are exactly the same.

What to be excited for in this role:

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service from the moment they arrive.
- Take guest orders and process payments accurately using a POS system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including smoothies and alcoholic beverages.
- Ensure food and beverage orders are accurately prepared and expedited to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front of house and service station.
- Work across multiple Hargrave Street Market locations and concepts.
- Support the team during busy periods, special events, and high-volume service.
- Create positive guest experiences through genuine and exceptional customer service.

What we need from you:

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality,



food service, or restaurant operations is preferred.
- Bartending or alcohol service experience is an asset, but training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and responsibilities.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an asset.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an asset.
- A valid Smart Choices: Serving It Safe certification is required for positions involving alcohol service.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with restaurant and event service.
- Positive, professional, and approachable attitude.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
