Job Description:

We are currently looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing study, work permit, and immigration applications. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Case Management: Manage a full and diverse caseload of Canadian and Quebec immigration files from initial consultation to final decision.

2. Application Preparation: Draft, compile, and submit applications for temporary and permanent streams, including Work Permits (LMIA & LMIA-exempt), Study Permits, CAQs, Spousal Sponsorships, and Permanent Residence pathways.

3. Client Advisory: Advise corporate and individual clients on immigration strategies, program eligibility, required documentation, timelines, and potential risks.

4. Employer Compliance: Guide employer clients through foreign worker hiring requirements, program audits, and compliance obligations under ESDC and MIFI.

5. Client Relations:



Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, delivering proactive case updates and transparent, responsive communication throughout the process.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous compliance with the latest regulations, policy guidelines, and procedural updates from IRCC, ESDC, and MIFI.

Required Skills:

- Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) recognized by the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration (MIFI).
- Active member in good standing with the relevant regulatory body
- 2+ years of corporate Canadian immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and Quebec immigration programs
- Ability to independently manage high-volume, corporate cases
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and client-focused
- Fluent in French & English, Arabic or Mandarin will be an asset.
