LSF Immigration Consultants, doing business as Linda Salas & Associates, is growing its client strategy team. We are looking for an authorized professional who can understand risk, explain options honestly and help qualified clients make a confident decision - not someone who only wants to complete forms.
Who this is for:
- An RCIC in good standing who combines technical
judgment with robust client communication.
- Fluent Spanish and advanced professional English are
required for our current market; additional languages
are welcomed.
- You are comfortable with targets, coaching, call
review, follow-up and direct accountability.
- Recent licensees may be considered when their
judgment, preparation and sales aptitude are
exceptional.
What you will own:
- Lead paid consultations, assess eligibility and present
realistic pathways, risks, timelines and fees.
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed retainers
through ethical advice and disciplined follow-up.
- Coordinate clean handoffs to processing and provide
the legal review or direction appropriate to each file.
- Contribute to referrals, reactivations and selected
complex files when the commercial pipeline requires it.
How success is measured:
- Conversion, monthly closed revenue, follow-up
completion and client experience.
- A stable benchmark of approximately CA$60,000 in
monthly closed revenue once qualified lead flow and
support are in place, with stretch performance around
CA$100,000.
- Accurate advice, clean handoffs and low rework. Sales
and technical-production targets are staged - they are
not stacked irresponsibly.
What we offer:
- Paid onboarding, sales coaching and immigration-
specific professional development.
- Extended health coverage, performance-based earning
growth and a path to senior or leadership
responsibilities.
- A collaborative office, team meals and outings, and
performance-based flexibility after probation.
WORK MODEL In-office during probation; flexibility may be
earned after

know best and the sales or consultation results you
have produced. Shortlisted candidates complete
screening and a practical work sample; a 60-90 second
introduction video may be requested at the second
stage.
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Are you comfortable with a role that
includes client strategy and sales, not
only application processing?
