Job Overview

Musique Fazh is seeking a confident, organized, and sales-minded Part-Time Admissions Coordinator to support our growing education programs.

This is a fully remote position requiring approximately 5–8 hours per week. Hours are distributed across multiple days based on lead and client follow-up needs rather than worked as one continuous shift.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with prospective families, following up consistently, building relationships, and helping qualified leads take the next step toward booking a trial.

Full training, scripts, templates, and systems will be provided.

Compensation

- $18.50 per hour
- Approximately 5–8 hours per week maximum at this stage
- $10 performance bonus for every qualified trial booked & Attended
- Weekly KPI/review meetings are paid and included within scheduled hours

Duties

- Contact new leads by phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Speak with prospective families to understand their needs and explain available programs.
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked.
- Guide qualified prospective families toward booking a trial.
- Confirm and follow up on upcoming trial appointments.
- Maintain accurate lead notes, statuses, and follow-up records.
- Conduct short scheduled check-in calls with existing families.
- Send weekly family follow-up emails using established templates.
- Document client feedback, concerns, and important updates.
- Escalate concerns or opportunities requiring management attention.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing families.
- Participate in weekly KPI and performance review meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Some experience in sales, customer service, admissions,



client success, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to confidently follow up and ask prospective clients to take the next step.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Reliable and consistent with follow-ups.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Able to use email, spreadsheets, calling systems, and other digital tools.
- Qualified, friendly, confident, and results-oriented.
- Able to follow established scripts, systems, and processes.
- Comfortable working toward clearly defined weekly KPIs.

Schedule

This position does not require a continuous 5–8 hour shift.

The successful candidate will work shorter periods throughout the week based on business needs—for example, 30–60 minute blocks for new leads, follow-ups, calls, emails, and documentation.

Because recent inquiries can arrive throughout the week, consistent availability across multiple days is important.

Performance

Success in this position will be measured through clear weekly KPIs, including:

- Lead response and follow-up completion
- Number of qualified trials booked
- Accuracy of lead and client documentation
- Existing-family follow-up completion
- Communication quality and professionalism
- Consistency in following established processes

Training

Training will be provided on our programs, sales process, communication scripts, follow-up procedures, client management systems, documentation standards, and performance expectations.
