Talent Acquisition Associate

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage full-cycle recruitment across a range of mid-to-high volume and specialized roles. This position will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver a strong candidate experience while also supporting the ongoing optimization of the ATS.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, references, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, internal postings, networking, and other creative channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates.
- Manage requisitions, candidate records, approvals, and recruitment reporting within the ATS.
- Prepare offer details, coordinate approvals, and manage verbal and electronic offer processes.
- Complete reference checks and coordinate new-hire and first-day logistics.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn job postings and campus/industry networking events.
- Partner with ATS vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve recruitment processes and workflows.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and activity reports to key stakeholders.





Qualifications

- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally supporting contact centre, operations, and/or business professional roles.
- Experience with head hunting and proactive candidate sourcing.
- Previous experience administering and optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Oracle experience is an asset.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate workplace.
- French/English bilingualism is an asset, but not required.

The posted salary range reflects expected compensation for this role in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications and may fall anywhere within the range.
