We are hiring General Labour candidates for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a heavy manufacturing and industrial production environment in Puslinch, ON. This General Labour role is ideal for reliable, safety-focused individuals with experience in construction, concrete, manufacturing, or hands-on industrial work.

You will be part of a busy production team supporting concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, rework, and shipment preparation. Key Responsibilities

- Assist the concrete crew with mixing, pouring, and preparing concrete products.
- Perform sanding, finishing, rework, and quality touch-ups on finished products.
- Organize, move, and prepare products for shipment according to production requirements.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform general labour duties, housekeeping, and production support tasks as assigned.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production and safety goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $27.67 to $33.08 per hour.
- Starting rate: $27.67 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Puslinch, ON.
- Day shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Afternoon shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Straight shift schedule.
