We are seeking a dynamic and professional Business Partner to join our team, specializing in premium transportation services with a focus on luxury limousines and executive Mercedes Sprinter vans equipped with fully functional office setups. Responsibilities

- Manage and operate the Mercedes Sprinter vehicle, ensuring safe and smooth transportation for clients while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs promptly, courteously, and professionally during every interaction
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to setting up or maintaining the vehicle’s office setup, including equipment installation or adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and coordinate logistics for seamless travel experiences
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, cleaning,



and maintenance checks to uphold luxury standards and safety protocols
- Support operational tasks such as scheduling bookings, managing client inquiries, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery, troubleshoot issues promptly, and enhance overall client satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven experience in commercial driving or chauffeur services within luxury transportation environments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in diverse situations
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating large vehicles like Mercedes Sprinter vans preferred
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service standards
