We are seeking for SKILLED LABOURERS/skidsteer/minihoe to join our team on the HW8 Improvements Project, located just 10 minutes west of Calgary toward Bragg Creek.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Perform tasks on the labour crew to support surface operations, such as loading and unloading materials
- Act as a spotter for heavy equipment
- Organize, clean, and maintain job site, equipment, and tools
- Assist with excavating, sanding, backfilling excavations and compacting/levelling
- Assist with site traffic and equipment control
- Complete production reporting and other documentation as required
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members




- Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all company, client, and legislated safety policies and procedures
- Shift based role, including nights and weekends
- Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements & Preferred Experience:

- Minimum one-year of related experience is preferred
- Ability to operate skidsteer, packer, telehandler, mini excavator etc. is considered an asset
- Demonstrates an awareness and understanding of safety and OH&S; policies
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs repetitively
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
