Albion Rooms Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who loves the energy of hospitality, takes pride in delivering great service, and knows how to bring out the best in a team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of our evening service, creating an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Make Evenings Your Thing

This is an evening and weekend-focused role, so if you love the buzz of a busy Friday night, the atmosphere of a Saturday service, and being part of a team when the restaurant is at its liveliest, you’ll feel right at home.

You’ll be the person helping to set the pace and atmosphere behind the bar - keeping service smooth, supporting your team, and making sure our guests have an experience worth talking about.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and support the bar team throughout busy evening services.
- Deliver warm, confident and engaging guest service.
- Keep the bar running smoothly, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
- Coach and support team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
- Maintain excellent standards of drinks, presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
- Support stock control, cash handling, opening and closing procedures.




- Work closely with the restaurant and wider hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Take ownership during busy periods and keep the team motivated, calm and focused.
- Help create the welcoming, lively atmosphere that makes Albion Rooms special.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
- Supervisory or team-lead experience is desirable.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service.
- Confidence leading a team and making decisions during busy service.
- Someone who is hands-on, positive and enjoys being part of the action.
- Great communication skills and a professional approach.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
