Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Operational Development to lead enterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives and drive organizational excellence. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, performance, and long-term business success.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in operations, continuous improvement, and change management, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead transformation initiatives across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness across the business.
Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of operational processes, systems, and workflows.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish performance metrics to measure success.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to implement business transformation projects.
Support Plant Managers in identifying, tracking, and improving key operational KPIs.
Establish reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
Lead change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of current processes and systems.
Evaluate and implement technologies and tools that enhance operational effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA considered a strong asset.
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, process improvement,



operational excellence, or business transformation.
Proven success leading cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
