Do you need Veterinary Clinic experience?

The Calgary Pet Wellness & Spay/Neuter Clinic is seeking a part-time/casual volunteer Hospital Assistant to help our team for a few hours each afternoon. Our facility is privately owned, and well-established in the SE community of Erin woods

Please note - This is a volunteer opportunity with a potential transition to a paid position.

Some tasks include, but are not limited to: Assist team members when requested, clean and disinfect kennels and runs as patients leave, clean treatment area surfaces, tidy/organize/reset treatment area for next day use, laundry, vacuuming and mopping of the facility, take out garbage’s, spot wash cupboards/cabinet doors, drawers and handles throughout the clinic.

Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: walking, standing, lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching.
