Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and serve walk-in customers, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Dispatch deliveries with precise accuracy
- Handle confidential information according to company policies and maintain data security
- Provide detailed logistics instructions for drivers, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and auditing purposes
- Address customer inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:
- 1-2 years experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions to address unexpected situations




- Proficient in using computer systems and willingness to learn current software systems
