Job Purpose: We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of fabrication projects from award to close-out — ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fabrication projects from kickoff to delivery, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
- Review bids, contracts, and client specifications to ensure alignment with execution plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
- Oversee drawing control, RFIs, and change order management.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and schedule compliance.
- Conduct regular client updates and reporting.
- Monitor project financial health, including margins, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Drive workflow planning and prioritize resources to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in project management, coordination, or site supervision in fabrication, manufacturing, or construction (piping/structural experience an asset).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office; Bluebeam and scheduling software experience is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
- Excellent communication skills for both client and internal team interaction.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Language:

- Fluent English (required)

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Thursday (Friday overtime)




- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Working Conditions:

- Office environment with moderate noise.
- May require walking stairs, exposure to inclement weather, carrying objects, driving, and normal office routines.

Physical Requirements:

- Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing computer terminals, and extensive reading.
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53.00-$60.00 per hour
