We're Hiring: Assistant Site Supervisor – Commercial Construction (Quick Service Restaurants)

On The Level General Contracting & Custom Millwork is growing fast—and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Site Supervisor to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily construction site operations.
- Coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and on-site logistics.
- Ensuring health & safety protocols are followed.
- Assisting with documentation: daily logs, site photos, schedules, and deficiency tracking.
- Communicating effectively with project managers, trades, and clients.
- Helping maintain project timelines and ensuring high-quality results.

What You Bring:





- 1–3 years of construction site experience (preferably commercial or retail fit-outs).
- Understanding of basic construction sequencing and terminology.
- Robust organizational and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed (typical in QSR renovations).
- Bonus: Experience with Tim Hortons, Osmow’s, or similar QSR brands.
