About Asyma Solutions. Asyma Solutions Ltd. is Western Canada’s largest Sage reseller and a rapidly growing ERP firm. We are growing and seeking a take-charge, self-motivated, entrepreneurial Sage Intacct Construction Implementor Specialist to join our Implementation Team.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Implementation: Collaborate with the project manager to design, configure, test, and launch Sage Intacct Construction solutions.
- Workflow Translation: Redesign customer workflows (job costing, AP/AR, purchasing, payroll) to align with system configurations and best practices.
- Project Control: Monitor progress, produce clear technical documentation, and communicate risks proactively to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Customer Enablement: Deliver clear training and customer-focused support to ensure successful long-term system adoption.
- Practice Contribution: Turn your project learnings into reusable knowledge, testing scenarios, and training assets that strengthen Asyma’s Construction practice.





What You Bring to the Table

- Certification & Education: Sage Intacct & Sage Intacct Construction certification required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field.
- Core Experience: 3+ years of ERP/financial systems implementation experience and a strong background in construction financial management or project accounting.
- Implementation Discipline: You configure, test, and document methodically rather than relying on assumptions or shortcuts.
- Technical Translation: Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to understand the GL and reporting implications of configuration decisions.
- Communication & Ownership: You follow through on commitments, make blockers visible early, and engage confidently with financial leaders and project managers.
