Must be available to work weekends and late shifts. Minimum availability is 3-4 days a week, including 2 days weekends. Must know how to operate a skilled dishwasher unit and show skills for most kitchen prep.

All candidates must show proof of previous work experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen. We do check references from previous employers.
