Overview:

RAY-Z Plumbing & Heating is seeking a self-motivated, reliable Journeyman Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in both HVAC and refrigeration systems, along with the technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of equipment including, MUA's, RTU's, boilers, chillers And Controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform timely, effective repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Complete welding, plumbing, and other mechanical tasks as required
- Respond promptly and professionally to service calls
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Collaborate with team members to install and modify systems
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including service logs and parts used

Qualifications

- Certified Journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration Technician with proven hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills




- Valid driver’s license with the ability to service commercial and residential clients across Central Alberta
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in various conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
