WellMed Pharmacy is welcoming applications for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Trenton, ON.

Responsibilities include (Full job description will be provided during the interview):

-Patient greeting & confirmation of all pertinent information

-Receiving, processing, filling prescriptions

-Maintenance of pharmacy stock through inventory control systems and ensuring clean storefront

-Handling & delegating OTC enquiries from patients & referral to pharmacist where required & necessary

-Handling prescription pick up and assisting with cashier responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational & communication skills

- Minimum 3 years of Work experience in a community Pharmacy

- Experience with Kroll is required

- Demonstrate ability to assist clients with concern, empathy , courtesy & respect while maintaining confidentiality and privacy

Store Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9am - 6pm Sat: 9am - 2pm Sun: Closed

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
