Young's Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team in Regina or Moose Jaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing centralized warranty operations across multiple locations, including processing and administering warranty claims, ensuring manufacturer compliance, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and coordinating with branch Parts and Service teams. This role is focused on maximizing warranty recovery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through effective warranty management and support.

The Role You Will Play:

- Process, submit, reconcile, and track warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and company policies within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate and complete warranty records, schedules, and filing systems.
- Monitor and minimize outstanding customer, internal, and warranty claims.
- Review and resubmit denied claims when applicable and follow up on outstanding authorizations.
- Ensure warranty parts are properly tagged, stored, and documented.




- Work closely with Parts, Service, and Technician teams to ensure accurate documentation and claim support.
- Stay current on manufacturer warranties, recalls, service bulletins, policy updates, and product improvement programs.
- Communicate policy and procedure changes that may impact claim approvals or reimbursements.
- Manage manufacturer chargebacks and reimbursement opportunities.
- Invoice customers for non-covered or unauthorized repairs when required by location Service Manager.
- Provide training and support to colleagues as requested.
- Act in the best interests of both the dealership and its customers while maintaining compliance with manufacturer requirements.

Background Profile:

- Previous experience in warranty administration, service administration, dealership operations, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of warranty processes, claims submission procedures, and manufacturer compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the agriculture, heavy equipment, automotive, or dealership industry is considered an asset.
