Our client, a leader in the pyrotechnics industry, is seeking a Service Operator to join their team. As a Service Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of materials and inventory to maintain continuous production flow. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Type: Permanent

Job Title: Service Operator

Location: Prescott, ON

Pay Rate: $20.14

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

- Support production lines by providing necessary materials and stock to meet production demands
- Prioritize inventory drop-offs and pickups based on production schedules
- Ensure all materials entering production are quality checked and properly batched
- Report any quality issues or concerns to leadership promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and spreadsheets

What's Needed?

- Valid G Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
- Ability to operate or willingness to train on a 5-ton truck
- TDG Certification considered an asset (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to obtain HFI insurance
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or production support environments preferred
