Duties

- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to boost sales and customer satisfaction
- Assist in creating eye-catching visual displays using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to attract shoppers and highlight promotions
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Support store management with inventory organization, pricing strategies, and merchandising to optimize product placement and store appearance
- Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on sales techniques, customer service standards, and store operations
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, stock levels,



and administrative reports to ensure smooth daily operations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and improve overall store performance

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles with a robust focus on visual design and merchandising
- Supervising or leadership experience in a retail setting is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating promotional visuals and schematics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering processes
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness
- Prior experience with store management or administrative duties is a plus
