Store Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Intercity Shopping Centre, Thunder Bay, ON

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Hours: 10–15 hours per week

Availability: Must be available to work between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Stuffy Riders is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused store associate to join our team. The successful candidate will help provide a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming experience for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with ride selections, payments, and ride procedures.
- Operate and monitor children's amusement rides safely.
- Ensure children follow safety rules.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ride area.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally.




- Assist with birthday parties and daily store operations.
- Report maintenance or any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

- Friendly, responsible, and reliable attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Willingness to learn ride operation and safety procedures.
- Ability to work with children and families.
- Must be available between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
