Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Pay: $17.55 - $20.00 per hour

Join the growing team at Action Collections & Receivables Management (ACRM), one of Canada's rapidly

expanding collection agencies.

ACRM works with major banks, telecommunications providers, leasing companies, utility companies, and

government organizations to manage overdue accounts while maintaining professional and respectful

communication with customers.

Position Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue balances.

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Negotiate payment plans and settlement arrangements.

Explain account details and available payment options.

Accurately record call notes and outcomes in the system.

Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Qualifications

Previous experience in collections, customer service, or a call centre environment is considered an asset.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Comfortable handling objections and difficult conversations professionally.

Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly wage of $17.55 to $20.00 per hour,



depending on experience.

Work Schedule

The employer offers several full-time shift options:

Option 1

Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Option 2

Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

Alternating Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Option 3

Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Alternating Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Full-time, in-person availability is required.

Location

This position is based at 716 Gordon Baker Road in North York, near the Victoria Park and Steeles area.

Candidates must be able to commute reliably to the workplace.
