Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed,



supporting kitchen staff during busy periods

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior experience in hospitality or serving roles is highly desirable but not mandatory
