Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of medical aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other advanced skin care procedures with precision and care
- Deliver exceptional guest services by listening attentively to client needs, offering tailored treatment plans, and ensuring a comfortable experience
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to uphold the highest standards of hygiene during all treatments
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results
- Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products, conducting product demos, and upselling appropriate skincare solutions




- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and handling client inquiries efficiently
- Support the team with additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hair styling as needed to enhance guest satisfaction

Experience

- Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician with hands-on laser treatment expertise
- Strong background in customer service and guest relations within a spa or medical aesthetic setting
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures for aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and promote retail products
- Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos
- Familiarity with front desk operations and appointment management systems
- Additional skills such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care or hair styling are considered a plus but are not mandatory
