Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks equipped for freight transportation across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load, secure, and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring cargo integrity and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after trips, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and other critical systems to guarantee optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and freight documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently.




- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts for loading and unloading freight safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime during trips.

Skills & Qualifications

- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1 year of AZ commercial driving experience is required.
- Experience in commercial driving with a focus on freight transportation.
- Proficiency in forklift operation for handling freight loads.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation related to loading and unloading cargo.
- Basic automotive repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in trucking operations.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members, dispatchers, and clients.
- Energetic, responsible, and safety-focused approach to work.
