Responsibilities

- Conduct oil and filter changes quickly and accurately using hand tools and power tools
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brake conditions
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as replacing wipers, batteries, and light bulbs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions




- Support the sales team by recommending additional maintenance services when appropriate
- Lift heavy equipment or vehicle parts safely to assist with repairs or maintenance tasks

Qualifications

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive systems
- Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout shifts
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive industry
