With amazing product knowledge and supervisor experience.

Our shift supervisor will work directly with the district manager and assistant manager to help oversee daily store operations including but not limited to, sales, and customer experiences and assist in leading the staff and team. Ideal canadates will have previous supervisor or leadership experience. Work well in a fast paced environment while over seeing a team.

Product knowledge and Selling it right for cannabis is required.

Summary

As a Cannabis Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations while providing exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills will guide a team in effectively managing cash handling, POS systems, and inventory. With a strong emphasis on communication and organizational skills, you will foster a collaborative environment that enhances customer experience.



Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and time management will aid in streamlining processes and improving efficiency. Join us to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the success of our cannabis retail operations.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $21.50 per hour
