Next Level Directional Drilling builds the underground telecommunications infrastructure that keeps Eastern Ontario connected. Based in Foxboro, we run horizontal directional drilling and excavation for fibre and utility projects across the region.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

- Operate mini excavators for trenching, backfilling, grading, and site preparation
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on equipment
- Work alongside the crew to complete projects on schedule and to spec
- Float equipment between job sites, where licensing allows
- 2+ years of hands-on mini excavator experience (required)
- AZ or AR license strongly preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a fast-paced construction workplace

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
