Sunroom & Patio Cover Division Lead

Full-time | $–$ per hour, based on experience

Pacific View Windows & Doors is looking for an experienced, hands-on construction professional to take ownership of our growing sunroom and patio cover division.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who can manage a project from the initial site visit through to final completion. You will measure and assess projects, prepare quotes, order materials, coordinate schedules and build the products on site.

Initially, you will be directly involved in the installations. As the division grows, the goal is for you to lead a small crew of approximately two installers while continuing to estimate, coordinate and project-manage each job.

Responsibilities

- Meet with customers and assess their project requirements
- Complete accurate site measurements
- Prepare estimates and customer quotes
- Order products and materials
- Coordinate engineering, permits and other project requirements when needed
- Schedule and manage projects from sale through installation
- Install sunrooms, patio covers and related products
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the project
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety and site cleanliness
- Help recruit, train and lead a small installation crew as the division grows
- Take responsibility for project quality, efficiency and profitability

The Right Person





You are an experienced builder or installer who is comfortable working both independently and with customers. You understand that accurate measurements, careful planning and good communication are just as significant as the installation itself.

Experience with sunrooms, patio covers, windows, doors, aluminum systems, glazing, carpentry or exterior renovations would be a strong asset.

You should have:

- Strong construction and problem-solving skills
- Experience measuring and estimating renovation projects
- The ability to read plans and understand construction details
- Excellent organization and project-management skills
- Professional customer communication
- Leadership ability and an interest in building a division
- A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Your own basic hand tools
