Epoxy Floor Installer – Atlantic Canada

With operations across Canada and our continued growth in Atlantic Canada, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Epoxy Floor Installer to join our hardworking team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Epoxy Floor Installer to perform the preparation and installation of high-performance flooring systems across various job sites in Atlantic Canada. All required work-related travel expenses are covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare concrete surfaces, including cleaning, grinding, and patching, for coating applications
- Mix and apply epoxy, polyaspartic, and other resin-based coating systems
- Install decorative flooring systems, including flakes, metallics, and quartz
- Apply heavy-duty trowel-applied systems, such as urethane cement
- Ensure proper curing, finishing, and quality control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
- Work independently and collaboratively with the crew to meet project deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, team leads, and crew members




- Follow company health and safety procedures and job-site requirements

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience with epoxy or resinous flooring systems
- Experience using grinders, squeegees, rollers, vacuums, generators, and other flooring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to job sites and work flexible hours as required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work associated with flooring installation

Preferred Qualifications

- WHMIS certification (training can be provided if required)
