Chandco Manufacturing Inc. is looking for a mechanically inclined and motivated individual to join our Metal Cut & Form department.

This position provides an chance to develop skills in a metal fabrication environment, learn CNC machine operation in metal cutting and forming, and progress toward a Lead Hand position. CMI will provide hands-on training and development.

What You Will Learn

- CNC machine operation in metal cutting and forming

- Leadership and coordination skills

What We Are Looking For

- High school education or equivalent
- Previous exposure to CNC machines, metal cutting and forming, or metal fabrication is an asset
- Basic computer skills




- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to read basic drawings and use measuring instruments
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Career Development

CMI will provide hands-on training with the goal of developing the successful candidate toward:

Machine Operator → Skilled Machine Operator → Lead Hand Trainee → Metal Cut & Form Lead Hand

Progression will be based on skill development, performance, and readiness to take on additional responsibility.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
