Bidell Gas Compression is a well-established natural gas compression manufacturing company with Parts & Service locations throughout western Canada that offer 24/7 technical support to our customers.

We have an opening for a fulltime Shop Mechanic based at our Salve Lake, AB branch.

Qualifications:

- Valid Journeyman Mechanic or Millwright certificate
- Knowledge of natural gas engines and compressors
- Well organized and efficient with assigned work
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Solid leadership ability to maintain day to day activities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Rebuild natural gas engines and components
- Rebuild natural gas screw and reciprocating compressors
- Mentor apprentices as required




- Shipping & receiving
- Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
