The Details

- Be detail-oriented
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and structural components
- Perform dent removal, panel straightening, and metal finishing
- Prep, prime, and refinish surfaces to factory-quality standards
- Match paint colors and apply finishes using spray equipment
- Use frame straightening and measuring systems to restore vehicle alignment
- Inspect completed repairs for quality and safety compliance
- Work from repair estimates and communicate any additional damage found




- Keep the shop, tools, and equipment clean and well-maintained
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Review and analyze actions regularly to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively.
- Solid communication skills, verbal and written

Education & Experience

- College Diploma or Trade School Certificate in Automotive Studies, or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License for the province of employment.
- Ideally, two (2) years minimum as an Autobody Technician.Qualified candidates should apply.
