Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns, document issues, and provide repair recommendations.
- Schedule service appointments, coordinate workflow, and manage documentation.
- Cultivate solid customer relationships for repeat business.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training a plus.
- Previous automotive service or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency for managing orders and invoices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $38,962.87-$57,840.00 per year
