Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchases. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling. Experience in gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or e-commerce is a plus. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions and cash handling
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and organized
- Prepare our laser products
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and related products
- Process sales accurately using cashiering skills and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and signage




- Assist customers with online orders or e-commerce platforms when applicable
- Communicate effectively with customers in English; multilingual skills are a plus
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store to enhance shopping experience
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting low suppliesExperience
- Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and merchandising techniques
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are beneficial
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
