Rapidfix Auto & Diesel Service is looking for an experienced and reliable Automotive Technician / Car Mechanic to join our team. We are especially looking for someone strong in electrical and wiring diagnostics, troubleshooting, inspections, and engine/drivetrain diagnostics.. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will drive customer satisfaction by ensuring vehicles are operating at peak performance. Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair electrical and wiring-related problems
- Perform electrical testing using scan tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
- Troubleshoot starting, charging, lighting, communication, and wiring issues
- Perform engine and drivetrain diagnostics and repairs
- Diagnose check-engine lights, fault codes, and intermittent electrical concerns
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify mechanical and safety-related issues
- Inspect and diagnose engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and braking systems
- Follow wiring diagrams, service information, and manufacturer procedures
- Clearly identify the root cause of problems before replacing parts
- Perform quality repairs and ensure vehicles are safe and road-ready
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and professional work area

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician / Car Mechanic
- Experience with Ford, Ram, Chevrolet/GMC trucks is an asset
- Strong experience in electrical diagnostics and wiring
- Good understanding of engine and drivetrain systems
- Experience with diesel engines is preferred
- Ability to diagnose problems rather than relying on parts replacement
- Experience using professional diagnostic scan tools and testing equipment
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- 310S license is an asset but not required — practical hands-on experience and diagnostic ability are highly valued
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
