We currently have an chance for a Business Consultant on our Business Solutions team, working at our Steinbach, MB location. As a Business Consultant, you are a key member of the team, partnering with leaders across the business to identify opportunities, define business requirements, and lead initiatives that improve processes, systems, and organizational performance. This team acts as the technical experts of our Epicor ERP looking for system improvements and process efficiency through ERP functionality and information workflows.

In this role, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Act as the primary technical expert for our Epicor ERP, its capabilities and functionality.

· Partner with business leaders to define business problems, success measures and solutions.

· Analyze operation, financial and process data to diagnose root causes and optimal solutions.

· Draw out and translate business requirements into clear project plans, mapping current-state to future-state processes.

· Lead cross-departmental projects through design,



implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.

· Project manage solutions with Business Solution Team members from development, implementation and post implementation adoption and iteration.

· Support change-management activities including communication, training and adoption.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Education in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field

· Strong problem solving and investigative abilities, resulting in creative solutions

· Comfortable navigating the unknown, learning through experience and creating solutions where none yet exist

· Experience in business analysis, operations improvement, consulting, CI or related role

· High technical acumen to learn our ERP Software

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset

· Ability to analyze business information, technical data, and research information

· Advanced computer skills, proficiency in Excel, and technical programs

· Effective organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
