About the Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day customer operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and order confirmations accurately.
- Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and supporting customer documentation.
- Monitor order status, inventory, and delivery timelines while providing proactive updates.
- Resolve customer inquiries, shortages, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support account management activities.
- Assist with product launches, customer onboarding,



and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and customer-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination.
- Experience within food manufacturing, ingredients, distribution, or CPG industries is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an asset.
- Experience in manufacturing, food production, distribution, or CPG is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service, inside sales, or account coordination: 3 years (required)
- food manufacturing, ingredients, distribution, or CPG : 3 years (required)
