EnReach Hot Tap Services Inc. is a Canadian company specializing in hot tapping, line stopping, pipeline isolation, and related services for the Western Canadian oil and gas industry.

EnReach is looking for an experienced Shop Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily perform welding and fabrication of hot tap fittings, line stop fittings, pressure-containing components, tooling, and other related equipment in accordance with EnReach welding procedures, drawings, and quality requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong oilfield fabrication and welding experience.
- Produces consistently high-quality welds.
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Can accurately read and interpret drawings, weld symbols, and fabrication requirements.
- Understands and follows welding procedures and quality requirements.
- Understands and consistently applies low-hydrogen welding practices.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and qualified work area.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Is dependable and punctual.
- Works safely every time, all the time.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Is willing to work additional hours when workload requires it.

What you'll do:

- Weld and fabricate hot tap fittings, line stop fittings, pressure-containing components, tooling, and related equipment.




- Fit and assemble components in accordance with drawings and specifications.
- Follow EnReach welding procedures, including required quality controls and special welding techniques.
- Perform low-hydrogen welding practices.
- Complete required welding and quality documentation.
- Work closely with Engineering and Quality personnel to ensure fabricated components meet requirements.
- Execute EnReach's Quality Management System.
- Execute EnReach's Health, Safety, and Environment requirements.
- Maintain welding equipment and shop work areas in excellent condition.

Experience we are looking for:

- B-Pressure Welder
- Current F3/F4 Ticket
- OPTIONAL Current F4 Without Backing Ticket (7018 roots on groove welds)
- Demonstrable experience welding with 7018 roots.
- Experience with pressure-containing fabrication is strongly preferred.
- Oil and gas fabrication experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant welding experience.
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds that meet inspection and acceptance requirements.
- Valid driver's licence.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
