The Job consist of the following:
Reception Duties are the Following: Greeting Patients, Answering the Phone, and Booking Patients for an Eye Exam.
Administrative Duties are the Following: Payment Processing, Insurance, Filing, Excel, and OHIP.
Sales duties are the Following: Selling Frames, Sunglasses and Misc. Eye Care Products.
Maintaining the General Appearance of the Office.
We Will Provide Full Training for:
Conducting Pre-Testing (ex. Retinal Imaging and Eye Pressure).
Electronic Medical Record System.
Selling our eyewear, lenses, contact lenses and accessories.
Friendly & Warm Office Environment.
We are open:
Monday 10am to 5pm
Tuesday 10 am to 7pm
Wednesday 10 am to 7pm
Thursday 10 am to 7pm
Friday 10 am to 7pm
Saturday 10 am to 5pm
Sunday CLOSED
We are looking for a FULL TIME employee.
Compensation will be between $20.00 - $22.00 per Hour based on experience.
Requirements:
Saturday Availability is a Must.
Evening Availability is a Must.
Our Preferences:
Medical Office Reception Experience.
Previous Optometric Pre-testing Equipment Experience.
Sales Experience.
Access to Reliable Transportation.
A Valuable Attitude and Passion for the Medical Field.
Customer Service Skills and Excel Experience.
Optical Assistance: 1 year (preferred)
