Responsibilities

- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
- Support team members in completing tasks efficiently and effectively
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity, offering solutions and guidance
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the workspace remains organized and hazard-free
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies and product updates

Experience

- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers and team members

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Basic proficiency with technology such as point-of-sale systems or inventory management tools is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
