Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Kelowna. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, with a minimum of 5 years of field experience. This role requires leadership, effective communication, and a deep understanding of electrical project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all phases of electrical projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
- Review project specifications, plans, and timelines to ensure proper execution and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and mentor field personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe, and Microsoft Excel.
- Valid FSR A or B license required.
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in electrical construction or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing electrical projects, including budget and scheduling oversight.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
