About the Role

Arro Wellness is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic.

We are looking for someone who provides thoughtful, patient-focused care and wants to work in a clinic where treatment quality matters. Our patients come to us with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, activity-related concerns, and general wellness goals.

You will work alongside a team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopaths, and other health professionals in a collaborative clinical setting.

What You’ll Do

- Provide individualized massage therapy based on each patient’s needs, goals, and presentation.
- Complete assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Use a range of therapeutic techniques based on your clinical judgment and patient preferences.
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical notes using Jane.
- Provide patients with practical home-care advice when appropriate.
- Communicate clearly with patients about their treatment, progress, and goals.
- Collaborate with other practitioners when multidisciplinary care would benefit the patient.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and comfortable treatment environment.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing education and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

- Registered Massage Therapist in positive standing and eligible to practise in Ontario.




- Strong assessment and hands-on treatment skills.
- A patient-centred approach to care.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable treating a broad range of patients and musculoskeletal concerns.
- Able to work independently while also being part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing a high standard of care.

Pay: $70.00-$150.00 per hour
